Introducing the U.K.-Recognised NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care

Guardian Angel Institute of Caregiving (GAIC), in collaboration with Training in Care (UK), NCFE (UK), and Guardian Angel Homecare, has announced the launch of the NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (UK), a UK-regulated qualification designed to develop professional caregiving competence and create structured international career pathways.

The virtual launch event was inaugurated by Mr. Ashish Jain, CEO – Healthcare Sector Skill Council (India), who attended as Chief Guest. The event also featured keynote participation from Dr. Angela L. Brown, Founder & CEO, Training in Care (UK), Ms. Julie Hyde, Director (External & Regulatory Affairs), NCFE (UK), and Dr. Usha Titus IAS (Retd.), Chairperson & Managing Director, ASAP Kerala, alongside distinguished representatives from academia, healthcare, and international skill development sectors.

The initiative represents a strategic collaboration focused on advancing globally aligned caregiving education while addressing evolving healthcare workforce requirements in India and overseas markets. The Diploma integrates classroom learning with supervised practical experience within a professional care environment.

Unlike shorter award or certificate programs, the qualification emphasizes comprehensive curriculum delivery, workplace-based assessments, and demonstrated real-world caregiving competence. Training in Care (UK), an approved NCFE centre, will provide academic leadership, curriculum support, and quality oversight, while NCFE (UK), a leading UK awarding organization, ensures internationally benchmarked qualification standards.

Guardian Angel Homecare, Kerala’s only quality-accredited home healthcare organization, will support the program through supervised practical exposure and clinical training integration.

The initiative aims to contribute toward building a trained, ethical, and globally competent caregiving workforce through structured, accountable, and internationally aligned training pathways.
